Military Framing
Over the years we have done a lot of military framing including SAS, SBS, Parachute Regiment and Royal Marines. Badges and medals are common additions but we can include all sorts of relevant material, belts, berrets, uniforms, pendants and even spent ordinance.
We can undertake personalised one off designs or multiple copies for group presentations.
All work is carried out to conservation standards which means, for example, badges and medals are only pinned or stitched no adhesives are used. Only conservation and museum grade mount board is used and UV filtering glass is used where necessary to ensure the best long term preservation.
Durham Light Infantry. Two members of the same family, one served in the First World War and the other in the Second. The DLI badge was split between the two frames forming a complete badge when they are hung together.
